When I acknowledged the cost of staying stuck, I completely reinvented my career—after age 40. Through this transition, I discovered my divine calling: providing career pivot guidance to help professional women move from uncertainty to the meaningful work they truly desire.

Today, as a career coach for professional women over 40, I use my background—including a PhD in Women's Social Policy, experience as an award-winning Human Services professor, and 25+ years of cross-sector expertise—to guide women to achieve clear career direction, confident action, and sustainable advancement.
